✦ Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

✦ Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original packaging should be included

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

✦ How to Return or Exchange

  1. Package the item securely and include your original packing slip.

  2. Ship the item to the return address provided on the packing slip.

  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue a refund or send out your exchange promptly.

✦ Received a Defective Item?

We care deeply about quality. If your item arrives damaged or flawed, you do not need to send it back.

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the defect

We’ll send you a replacement item at no extra charge.
