Welcome to Occvlte—a women-owned, independent brand. All of our products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand partners. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

1. About Occvlte

Occvlte is an independent brand. Our garments and accessories are printed and shipped via reliable print-on-demand fulfillment partners. This allows us to reduce waste and produce only what’s needed—one piece at a time.

2. Made to Order / Print-on-Demand

Each item is custom-made just for you after your order is placed. Because of this:

• We do not hold stock
• Orders are processed automatically and cannot be changed after purchase
• Returns for refund are accepted in the case of defective or incorrect items
• We do accept exchanges (see section 6)

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Fulfillment time: 2–7 business days

Shipping time:

• Domestic: 3–8 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
  We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other external factors.

 

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in your local currency and include taxes where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods available through Shopify’s checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, under these conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  To exchange an item:

1. Ship it to the return address listed on your packing slip
2. Include the original packing slip in the package
3. Once received, we’ll ship your replacement item

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect product:

• Email info@occvlte.com within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  We’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including product designs, branding, copywriting, and imagery) is the exclusive intellectual property of Occvlte and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Occvlte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of this website or our products, including shipping delays, third-party service errors, or force majeure.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. By using this site, you consent to the jurisdiction of its courts.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site or purchases made afterward imply agreement to the updated terms.
